Step 1: How we carry consultations
ELETURIEN is a boutique professional micro business. However, our consultations are not your standard stiff work meeting. Our services are carried in a highly friendly but professional manner. You want to have a cup of coffee while we chat?
No problem – go for it! The idea is to be relaxed in Alex’s company and feel comfortable asking anything you wish to know – as if you are talking to your friend!
Keep that in mind and please don’t be shy! There is a reason why Alex named this service ‘Let’s have a Chat’ and not something overly fancy!
Step 2: Bookings
You request a booking, fill in some paperwork and make a payment through PayPal or Stripe. The booking can be scheduled for any time or day that suits you! No surcharges or hidden fees! You have a shift job or are located outside of Australia? NO PROBLEM! We can have the consultation at 3am on a Saturday, if that is what you need! Bookings are executed through a video call and can be carried out via any app – the choices are limitless and up to you!
Alex recommends preparing a list of questions you have before the consultation.
Step 3: The Consultation (part 1)
The process starts with Alex asking basic questions to understand you or your family / group’s circumstances such as:
If you are moving alone or with others, if you are moving with children or pets, are you leaving your car behind or transporting it to Western Australia, your hobbies and any other relevant questions.
This sets the base for Alex to understand and give you the right information.
Step 4: The Consultation (part 2)
This is where you ask the questions you have prepared, if any – it can be anything from questions about suburbs, schools, where to shop, places to visit, finding a job to what’s it like living here based on Alex’s experience. Honestly, nothing is off limits – even questions that might be considered uncomfortable by some. Questions about racism or LGBTQI attitudes are not fun topics but can be necessary and relevant.
Alex is an open book and does not get flustered or shocked easily so don’t be shy to ask away!
Step 5: The Consultation (part 3)
Often clients don’t think of every single thing they need answered and that’s fine - Alex always prepares a detailed list with information she believes is relevant to you.
This is the reason why Alex asks questions about you when scheduling the consultation – to understand what information you might need, even those things that you might not have thought about!
If any questions you had were not answered on the spot during ‘Let’s have a Chat’, Alex gets back to you with answers within 72h of your consultation. This is carried out via a email.
Step 6: Review
