Our Refund Policy applies where you have paid for any of our EBooks (EBooks) and/or our ‘Let’s have a Chat’ services, including our consultation and post-consultation support services (Services), and sets out the circumstances in which you will be entitled to a refund.
2 HOW TO READ THIS POLICY
(a) Our Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with either our:
(i) Eleturien Terms and Conditions, if you have paid for our eBooks; or
(ii) Consultancy Agreement, if you have paid for our Services.
(b) Any capitalised terms used in our Refund Policy have the meaning set out in the Eleturien Terms and Conditions or Consultancy Agreement (as applicable).
This clause applies if you have paid for our Ebooks.
3.2 NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We generally do not offer change of mind refunds. If you are not happy with the Ebook, please contact us at [email protected]
3.3 ELIGIBLE REFUNDS
We will only provide a full refund of the price paid for an eBook or replace the Ebook, if we determine in our sole discretion that you were unable to access and view the Ebook due to:
(a) an invalid download link or password; or
(b) the Ebook being corrupted, subject to clause 3.4.
3.4 CORRUPTED EBOOK
(a) If the EBook is corrupted, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchasing your EBook, setting out the particular issue you are having relating to the EBook and attaching the EBook.
(b) If we determine that your EBook is corrupted, we will replace the corrupted EBook with a new EBook of the same title and description and provide you with another password and download link which you must use to access the EBook. The password and download link will expire after 7 days of you purchasing the EBook, at which point you will no longer be able to access the EBook
(c) It is your responsibility to download and save a copy of the EBook prior to the expiry of the download link. We are not responsible if you fail to download the EBook during the required period. If you wish to access your EBook after 7 days, your sole remedy is to purchase the EBook again.
This clause applies if you have paid for our Services.
4.2 NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We generally do not offer change of mind returns. If you are not happy with our Services, please contact us at [email protected]
4.3 REFUNDS DUE TO COVID-19
(a) If we determine that:
(i) the Services are unable to be performed; or
(ii) you are forced to cancel your travel as a result of any COVID-19 related law or direction from any government authority,
you may terminate the Consultancy Agreement and request a refund from us.
(b) If you request a refund, you will be credited the full amount paid, minus GST and any charges we incur from Payment Providers.
(c) All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request.
5 CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or otherwise affect the operation of any manufacturers’ warranties which you may be entitled to or to limit the operation of the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
